Business Details
Little Straw Vineyards, one of West Kelowna's oldest wineries, is known for its family-centred legacy. Visitors can enjoy a range of cherished and new wines, reflecting the spirit of family dedication.
Our Perspective
Little Straw Vineyards offers an inviting experience rooted in family tradition. Established by the Slamka family in 1969, the vineyard has become a cherished part of West Kelowna. The Slamka brothers launched the winery in 1996, infusing it with a commitment to quality and family values. In 2021, the Sidhu family, known for Kalala Organic Estate Winery, took over, continuing this legacy and starting the journey towards organic certification.
The winery boasts a variety of wines that reflect both tradition and innovation. Their 2022 Auxerrois Viognier Frizzante and 2021 Maréchal Foch are just a few examples of the diverse selections available. Each bottle embodies the dedication and care from vine to glass, making every visit memorable. Little Straw Vineyards offers a genuine taste of West Kelowna’s winemaking heritage.
