Priest Creek Family Estate Winery began with Darren and Jane Sawin's aspiration to reconnect with their agricultural roots and raise their children on a vineyard. In 2015, they acquired a property featuring 25-year-old Gewürztraminer vines and later planted Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay. By 2020, the winery was producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Okanagan Valley.

The winery's portfolio includes a 2019 Pinot Gris, noted for its crisp, refreshing taste with citrus, pear, ripe apple, and butterscotch flavours. Their 2018 Pinot Noir, aged in French oak puncheons for 14 months, offers aromas of raspberry and violets, with a fruit-forward palate featuring strawberry, cherry, and blackberry notes.

Visitors can enjoy tastings in a relaxed setting, complemented by mountain vistas. The winery also hosts events and workshops, such as the Holiday Market and Grinch Tree Workshop, providing engaging experiences for guests.
