Spooktacular

Spooktacular is a Halloween-themed event at Mission Creek Regional Park on Saturday, October 26, featuring a pumpkin carving contest and a festive evening walk. Participants can drop off carved pumpkins with battery-powered tea lights at the Mission Creek Environmental Education Centre between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The public is invited to admire the creatively lit pumpkins along the trails from 5 to 8 p.m., dressed in their Halloween costumes. Prizes for pumpkin designs will be awarded for categories like funniest, cutest, scariest, and most original. Admission is free, with donations to the Central Okanagan Food Bank welcomed.
